In this program, we will together explore, analyse, reflect and experiment with strategies that will allow you to achieve your goals. You will learn to listen to your body and understand what actually works for you, for your health and for your Life.

- 1-hour coaching sessions every two weeks, online via Zoom or Google Meet (13 sessions over 6 months or 7 sessions over 3 months)
- Recording of the sessions so you can review it whenever you need
- Reading recommendations (books, papers, online articles, brochures) suited to your needs and goals so you can read whenever you want
- Support between sessions via email, Whatsapp or Telegram
- A 15-minute Reiki session at the end of each coaching session
- A copy of the Life In Balance Journal and monitoring of its use
